Is their anyway to keep the volume settings for their handset from returning to the default everytime a user hangs up?

In the system programming, Feature settings, Receiver volume.

Change to set volume.

Hello ! I had the same problem before. Even if you have the programming set for system wide for the volume, the telephone set has to be a newer version.From 98 or 99, I'm not sure, but I couldn't use that feature with the older phones. I hope this will help. :wink: Have good day. Istvan
