Location: SC Rep Power: 5  | Flexible Feature Codes I have a situation with a NAM 4.1 (on a MICS w/6.1XC) ... It's been reported that people are not receiving their voicemails at the time they are left....sometimes they get messages that are days old and sometimes hours old and sometimes they get the messages right away. Never heard of this before and the only other information supplied to me that may help shed some light on it is that it happens more often to analog stations...but it does occur on the digital stations occasionally as well. I checked the time and date on the MICS to be sure it was correct ... to be sure that it isn't as simple as a miscommunication between the two and it is correct. Any other thoughts or ideas?  | ||||||||

| Senior Member   | Is this happening sys wide, or just a couple of stations? Threr is an ITAS bulletin on this, number 289 dated May 2003, but basically what it boils down to is 1. a reboot clears, 2. delete and recreate the mailbox, 3. deleting and reprogramming all mailboxes. I have seen this on a flash, and even after a reboot it still happened on ocasion. It just went away, and have not heard a word in approx 6 mos. PM me with your company email, and I will send you a copy of the bulletin. |
