i'm not exactly sure, but i heard that there was an internal clock battery inside the system? not sure it thats true, but if so, that may need to be changed out. maybe someone else can elaborate more about this?

Rebooting didn't work. Any other ideas. I am sure I have seen this before, but cannot for the life of me remember what I did to fix it.

the time has stopped and when you change it, the time changes but it stays there

Sorry, but this sounds like a ksu fault. I have never had this trouble. How old is this unit, and what is the software level? I think if it waqs me, I'd change it out. You might try a sys startup and reprog, but I don't think that is gonna get it.

Had this happen a few years ago. There is a battery on the motherboard of the KSU. Did not have to change it. We rebooted and it came up ok. Nortel said the battery can be changed but I do not recall exactly where on the motherboard it is.

Like I stated, we have tried the reboot several times and it just won't kick back in. Do you guys think replacing the 0x32 would solve the problem. At least that way we wouldn't have to reprogram the whole thing or go through the trouble of getting a RAD hooked up to it.

Thanks for all of the help guys!!!

Multiple call handling on N*

If the time stuck ,and the reboot its not helping then the KSU need to be replaced. The Clock chip on the main board is deffective and need to be replaced not the battery the battery to keep the programming not the clock.

Good Luck.
