Location: Canada Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hello everyone. Call Pilot 100 version 2 with 10 mailboxes, installed with CICS vers. 6.1 giving me great difficulties in the notification field. With two mailboxes ( of the total of 7 ) my customer keeps loosing the programmed numbers of the cellphones. After that, all what they have in the notification admin. field that " not init ".When I reprogrammed the number ( it happened quite a few times already) the rest of the notification info ( time range of the notification, and notify after each new message ) was still in the memory. I tried to reboot the voicemail, the ksu, deleted the troublemakermailboxes and reboot the Call pilot and add both mailboxes as new again, but within one day the numbers were lost from those two.I didn't have any problem with the rest of the mailboxes. After reprogramming the number, the notification works for about a day or two, and then.... I got the notification from my customer, that they are screwed again. My next stepp will be to give them different mailbox numbers, and if the problem will still exist, then to reinstall the Call Pilot. This is a brand new unit. Could it be that I have a faulty unit ?? Have some one had the same problem, or I am the first with this ?? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance Istvan

Location: Canada Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hi Hotextec Thanx for the replay. I will try that. I'm very desparate, don't have too much to loose, but the customer.Although they are very patient with me.The funny part is even knowing the passcode I couldn't create the situation what I had in that particular mailbox.(having " not init " without changing the notification time range and the notification after each new message) So this seems to be very tough for me. | I have a couple questions. First is this only happening on the boss' ext? If so try another mailbox on another ext. If that works focus on the ext. Disable/Renable the ext. If that doesn't work try build and new mailbox on, say 501, assign it to his ext and apply the not. number to it.
