How can a user tell if he or she is logged on to a Symposium call queue on a 2008 Nortel phone? I put the in-call button on 0. There's no diamond or other indication to let the person know that they are logged in.

Thanks.

On Symposium Call Center Server 1.0 and up - you'd check the Real Time Displays.

And using a 2008 complicates things a bit - because of the hookswitch..
