I'm not quite sure what you are asking here...but I think it has something to do with the speakerphone.... if it does...then you need to check programming for that extension...check for HANDSFREE: YES...if it says NO..change NO to YES.. | ||||||||

Location: Mass Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Dropping Calls I have no idea what you mean either. Try Feature 805. This will test the phone for anything wrong. Run all the tests, especially the speaker test. A digital phone will not play DTMF tones to you, if that's what you mean. The only person who gets the DTMF is the other end. | ||||||||
