You can only assign 1 mb per ph, you can however set up a guest mb that can be accessed from any norstar ph, but it does not allow the message for you to option, mb would need to be accessed by doing f981 pressing the * or "other" option if password shows up, that will change the screen to log at at that prompt you enter the mb # as well as the password then the # key ..the disadvantage to a guest mb is the fact that you will not know when a message is in the box unless you check it every so often, or set the off prem notification for tha mb

I saw a clever way to get around this somewhere recently.
Set the guest mailbox to remote notify the phone you wanted to add it to.
That way you know a message is there. Pretty clever!!!
