Norstar TSP for Windows 7

I am trying to use a Norstar CTA100 with Windows 7. The TSP software which I use with XP installs in Windows 7 but doesn't seem to recognize the CTA. Although "Norstar Tapi Service Provider" appears under the Advanced tab in "Phone and Modem", the Norstar TSP Control Panel shows the status as "Not in Service" and the CTI Device as "unknown". The same result obtains if the TSP software is installed in virtual XP mode. Any ideas, anyone?

Windows 7 is not supported by Nortel yet, Vista not at all.
The driver you installed I am sure would have been for XP and under.

Norstar TSP in Windows 7

I have now successfully installed the Norstar TAPI service provider software in Windows 7 Virtual XP Mode and have it recognize a Norstar CTA100 attached to the serial port. It was a matter of configuring the Virtual XP COM1 to use the physical serial port. The Windows Virtual PC really is quite brilliant.
