Is it possible to change the personal voicemail message through the system backend rather than using a phone itself? Basically, you can record preset messages in the system which are used as "On hold" messages etc. Can i record a message through this system and then apply it as the personal voicemail message?

You can connect to your BCM via a browser and then select the Call Pilot feature. You will then need to log in with an adminstrator level account (i.e. nnadmin). Once in you can access a mail box and upload a .WAV file with the personal greeting. Alternatively you can use this feature to create a personal greeting for any mail box from a single phone.
