Location: Arizona Rep Power: 6  | I have a Flash VM that has a CCR tree built with PATH 1 going to a external number but when we press one the Flash system says something like that the Pool or Line is not working.....I have tried it by assigning to both LINE & POOL access and I get know where but the message and I can see Flash accessing one of the lines then I get the message. And I've tried programing the DEST. Ext. with a "9" and without...Help..thanks..  | ||||||||

| Junior Member | Help! I have a Siemens 9751 switch and need a voicemail... What line pool did you enter? Line Pools are labeled A,B,C ect but when you program them in Startalk you have to use 1,2,3 etc. (A=1, B=2,C=3)Then you press PHONE and enter the destination phone number. Sometimes you have to use special characters. To do this while you are entering the destination phone number press # and then use options and insert special characters: press 2 to enter more digits press 3 to enter a timed pause (4 seconds) press 4 to recognize dial tone press 5 to insert a # press 6 to insert a * press 9 to access an outside line press * to cancel and retry press OK or # to access digits and any required pauses Hope this helps. |
