Location: North Carolina Rep Power: 0 ![]() | CallPilot 150 on MICS, 3 lines, 7 extensions (only 5 have MBoxes). CCR tree on Table 1, use only Greeting 1 and 2 (lunch). Everything works great when you call in direct to any line. However, when line 1 is busy, and rolls over to Line 2, the AA picks up the call and sends it directly to the first available VM box. I cannot find anything in CallPilot or in MICS that would make this happen. Any ideas? We'll be going back on site Monday. I would love to have a list of things to try and check for. Ellie

Make line 2 private to receptions (this will remove lines from all other sets), then make it public again and re-program it to your liking. Reboot vmail Put line 2 on hold and see if same with line 3. All I can think of for now.

Location: North Carolina Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks Curly. I'll try that. Actually, in reading through the MICS and CallPilot manuals, and looking at some similar problems online - I am thinking... maybe it has to do with DRT to prime issue. I will be onsite tomorrrow morning, and will check on that. Currently i think it is set to none, but I'm going to see. I will try setting it to the first port of VM, then test it. Will let you know. I do NOT like CallPilot. I also know that you dont have to program sets to Call Forward on Busy to VM for CallPilot to go to VM if they are on the phone. However, I did have to program sets to Call Forward No Answer for it to pickup a call that is TRANSFERRED by the receptionist. That, again is a DRT issue. So I think that is where the problem lies. And I will bet that if i set DRT to VM, I can safely take off the CFNA and it will go to VM automatically... At least I hope so. Ellie
