Arrow CLID before answering calls??

I have CICS 7.1 with Call pilot 100
I am not able to see who is calling till I answer the call.
I searched the forum most of members are saying that go to Terminal and sets and then line access and change the caller id to yes.But I am not able get those settings

Here what I do
1. Feature **266344
2. Password : 266344
3. Terminal&sets > Lines > Services> Sys Speed Dial > Password > Time&Date > System prgming > Telco Features > Software keys > Hardware > Maintenance > END OF LIST

4. Now If I go to Telco Features I get this
4a. VMsg ctr Tel#'s
4b. ONN blocking
4c. Tel# (CLR or Change)

I am not seeing anything for Caller ID to change it. Am I missing something here or doing wrong. Please let me know
Thanks

Go to telco features under the terminals and sets heading, as in terminals and sets, show, line access, next, capabilities, next, name, next, user pref, next, telco features, show. Enter y for each line on the set.

Alternatively, you could install a CTA device and a 3rd Party application that will capture the inbound CLID information and perform a screen pop of the data or to a 3rd Party CRM. Please note, if you are using Analog lines the CLID is only delivered after the first ring. If you are using a PRI then the Clid should be delivered immediately.
