Ringing Service Problems Cics 6.1

I have a problem where it's a CICS 6.1 software and the ring service that's selected will ring the appropriate phones but only for the 1st 4 lines. I've gone into programming and checked that lines 1 to 4 and lines 31 to 34 are all set to the same ring group. I've even created a new ring group and put one set in it and found the same problem. I swapped line cards and still the problem remains with lines 5-8 (31 to 34) not ringing on ring group selected sets? Rebooted a couple of times with no change? Is there a bug in 6.1 or has someone seen this before? Let me know, thanks!

Are you setting this schedule manually using a feature code?

If so, is the extension you are using to activate the schedule set as the control set for the lines which are not ringing correctly?
