Rep Power: 5 Country: | There is a solution to this through a third party application by Resource Software International. The software is called tools CTI Pack. The software requires a single LanCTE license and can be installed on any Windows computer connected to the same network as the BCM. Once installed the software will generate incoming, outgoing and internal CDR. The CDR data is in the exact same format as the BCM's own CDR. | ||||||||
