Location: Toronto, Ontario Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Ok, I have a customer with a BCM 400 4.0 (all patched up) running Contact centre pro with 10 or so Skill Sets and 30 agents. Here is the problem When they try to run reports the reporting server is VERY SLOW. (More that 2 or 3 Min to work). THere is a large amount of Data on the Server now But I am unsure as to how to clean up the data file (6 to 8 months of Data with 500 - 1000 calls per day) and If this would even make a difference in the speed. Note: After appling patches the RCC was reinstall with the newest version. Thanks for your help in advance.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | have you tried running the database utilty? http://<ip addr of rcc>/rcc/dbfixutil/default.asp If the version of RCC is very old this will not be there so you'll have to get it separately, but it has been available by default for a while now.
