Anyone familiar with this software? Changing T1 to PRI and possibly NAM to Callpilot. I believe Callpilot needs 6.1 software. Do I need an upgrade tool? I know I need a PRI enabler code but the T1 card should support PRI?

Callpilot 100/150 can be installed on ics 4.1 and up.
DTC cards can be programed for T1 trunks or for PRI.
If you wish to upgrade the 5.0 you have to go to 6.0
first and then to 6.1 or higher and you need an upgrade
kit from nortel or all programming will be lost.
And you need the PRI enabler key codes.
If you upgrade to ics 7.1 software you will need to go
with a Callpilot with 3.0 software.
Just went through most of this on a recent job.

Thank you for the info. I just used an upgrade kit for 6.0 to 7.1 but I wasn't familiar with this software version. Just to confirm, a "new" Callpilot 150 can go on this current software?
Thanks again.

Unless the call pilot has 3,0 software it will not work 100% with ics 7.1 per our engineer.

Send a message via ICQ to Ramjet
And, the software to upgrade the Call Pilot can be downloaded from the Nortel site.
