BCM Question

Bear with me guys...I've never worked on a BCM before.

Client has a BCM400. Am I able to log into this thing via the telset? Or do I have to use the BCM Monitor software?

I know we do not post passwords here, but if someone could PM me with the basic defaults, I'd be much obliged. I'm kinda lost here and have zero tech support.

Thanks fellas.

For BCM's 3.7 and below, you don't program through the telset.
You will need to browse to the IP address of the BCM and program through unified manager. Supported Telset programming of the BCM was introduced with BCM50 and with BCM 400 rls 4.0.

On 3.7 and lower you could program MSC card via a two-line display telset by dialling F**SYSTEM and using password CONFIG.
