Location: Fort Myers, FL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | BCM Question Bear with me guys...I've never worked on a BCM before. Client has a BCM400. Am I able to log into this thing via the telset? Or do I have to use the BCM Monitor software? I know we do not post passwords here, but if someone could PM me with the basic defaults, I'd be much obliged. I'm kinda lost here and have zero tech support. Thanks fellas. | ||||||||

Location: Joisey Rep Power: 4 ![]() | For BCM's 3.7 and below, you don't program through the telset. You will need to browse to the IP address of the BCM and program through unified manager. Supported Telset programming of the BCM was introduced with BCM50 and with BCM 400 rls 4.0. | ||||||||
