Wink One touch CLID storage

Hi,

Is there a way that can be pgmed on one - touch keys , so that the i/c callers id can be stored,

or,

all o/g calls can be stored on that key, so that we can see atleast last 10 dialled/ received nos from that....


Im new to Nortel, but i have used this feature in a Panasonic system,,,,


can any nortel Experts help me out please

to store incoming calls, program a button to feature 813 (logit). pressing that button while on a call will put the caller's information in your call log. Access the call log with feature 812 (you can program that for one touch as well). you can enable automatic logging of all calls or all missed calls with Element Manager (though that's overkill IMO).

I don't know of a way to store an outgoing call log that's accessible from the set.

FEATURE 67 will save the number you just dialled, but no more than that. If you dial F67 when you are on the phone it will save the number, then you can dial F67 when the phone is on hook to call that number back. This can also be saved under a key (F*3, press key, F67).
