Location: Mississauga Rep Power: 0  | BCM400 needs resetting every 4 days Every 4 days or so the Call Pilot stops working properly. The auto attendant seems to function, but if you enter ** you get dead air, and then it hangs up. It's a BM400 rls.4.0 with the most recent patches. It also has a network of BCM50's that use the Central V.Mail. No alarms to speak of. I'm guessing that a good start is the MSC card, but any other ideas? Thanks for any ideas. | ||||||||
