Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | Reporting for Contact Center Hi all, I have set up the BCM50 system for my customer with a Basic contact center, but the reporting for contact center doesn't work correctly, i have execute those programs (Reporting for contact center and Reporting Server) within one computer, the problem is when i try to log into RCC manager (localhost/rcc) it doesn't work and it display problem about Mysql database that is not start, i have remove and install this database but we have the same problem. please if any one has already this issus don't hesitate to give me suggestion, Im waiting for any responses.
