| Junior Member | Create/initialize Information Mailbox (StarTalk) We utilize a general mailbox to capture miscellaneous calls. I need to create a mailbox whereas callers can leave complaints, etc. that would be retreivable by upper managament. I thought I could use the Information Mailbox but don't have documentation or access to an Administrator to set it up. I tried to do so but wants a password and don't have a clue what it would be. The ones I know didn't work. Any thhoughts? |
