Rep Power: 0 ![]() | BCM 400 Call Centre We have been using a BCM 400 with Pro call centre for a few months now. The problem I have is we require auto-answer with this enabled if internal calls come through they seem to over-ride the more important external calls. Is there anyway of putiing a lower priority on the internal calls I've looked everywhere and don't seem to see an option. | ||||||||
