Programming Help!!!
Hi, we have a call pilot with meridian phones, When you call our main number it rings the operator phone, how can I add other phones to ring at the same time if the operator is not at their desk? I am new at this system and I need to change this right away. Please help. Thanks

You will need to create a hunt group Its Services-> Telephony Services-> Hunt Groups, then the secretary can have her set call forwarded to the hunt group as a hard transfer or using call forward no answer
