CDR-IP server for BCM50 and BCM50 simulators

Unlike "CDR PULL Client" that allow download of accounting files
daily, weekly or monthly, CDR-IP is a real time server that gives
calls on demand every 150 ms, 200 ms, 250 ms ...
It is a sophisticated program based on "CDR Live Client" with high
buffering capabilities.
- Real time received calls can be easily integrated with any call
accounting software
- Calls can be received by only one client (allowd by his IP
adresse)

CDR-IP is now provided with simulators and you can test it or use it
to adapt your call accounting software for real time acquisition from
BCM50 without having neither BCM50 PABX nor "CDR Live Client"
installed.

Please email me if you want to receive links to download CDR-IP server

Best regards

Cdrpull

Nortel offers their own brand of call accounting that incorporates CDRPULL in a fancy web browser based solution. It is called Nortel Activity Reporter.

Also, there is many vendors that offer real time CDR from BCM. The real time capability offered through sockets is useful in some environments (i.e. hotel billing) but often unreliable resulting in lost calls (when network traffic overloads the system or there is a break in communication). CDRPULL is far more effective since the data can be re-PULLED if there is a break in transmission. CDRPULL can have the same affect as realtime since the jobs can usually be scheduled for semi-realtime pulling. THis gives you the ability to retrieve data in a much more reliable environment.

I find the CDRPULL or PUSH methods far more reliable and effective.
