Question about answering other's calls

I have a request to set up a button on an Admin Asst phone so when someone calls out COO she cal see it and answer it form her phone.

I already have an Internal Autodial set up so she can see when he is on the phone, but I can't seem to remember how to set it up so she can answer his incoming calls from her phone.

General Call pick up with the correct groups configured.

Directed call pickup.

When the person goes out they could set a call forward all to the assistant.

They want it to ring at her desk at any time, not just when he is out. I figured it out, Appear and Ring was the feature I am looking for.

How do I set up an answer key for his DN on key # 2, that is what I was really trying to do and now that I have tried the appear and ring and that doesn't do what I want either.

MAN, I wish this company had a Meridian!

If it's a Norstar, you have to go under Terminals & Sets, Show set your working on then go under Line Assignments. Keep hitting next until you reach Answer DN's the assign what DN you want to appear on set. ***BE CAREFUL*** because when you assign it, the Answer DN will reside on the button just above the last Intercom you have assigned. It will wipe out whatever is on that key. You can use the move feature (Feature *81) to assign it to another key then just reprogram what was assigned originally. Also Feature *0 is a Button Inquiry and will show you whats programmed behind each key.
