All extensions ringing once
Hi,
BCM50 ver.2. Whenever an external call received, it rings first a single ring on all extensions and then rings the targeted extension continuesly. How to stop this single ring in all the extensions? Please tell me the way i should do through the element manager only

after how many rings you set up to pick by AA??

i think you are using Analog lines!! If so, just add the line to the main operator DN and create pool for others(Route).. it means they can dial outside using a destination code.. so, it will ring only in main extension.
