Event 286

BCM 1000 ver 3.6
I have an Event 286 followed by an Alarm 208 (Service Manager -
Keycode Service
(cfsserver) has
been stopped
either due to user
action or because
Service Manager
has stopped this
service due to a
dependency on
another service
that has been
stopped. This will
affect the ability to
enter any new
keycodes.)

Can anyone help me out?

**** It should be noted that the BCM then rebooted.

Bundy, I am trying to find this, so far no luck. Will post back if I can come up with it. Did the system come back up after reboot and work ok?

There is one definite change. One of my media bay module ports (225) is acting very funny, I have my DN set to call forward no answer to the set on that port. It says it is ringing that set, yet the red light and the little LCD icon beside the intercom button keeps flashing (just like when a call is ringing) but the ringing stops, and I can still push the button and answer the call after 20 rings (approximate as the actual ringing sound stops) Perhaps I have a bad DSM??

UPDATE:this event ID is referring to a QOS issue, and is normally followed by an error 208

Where did you find the info? I have searced the disk, and can't locate it.
