CLID Troubleshooting & Programming

Hi
I have a Norstar 0x32 with a NTB75AAAG CI card on lines 1-4
Line 3 has CLID and displays if hooked directly to a CLID phone.
Line is setup as loop
CLID set is 224
224 has prime line 003
But I cannot display CLID.
When calls com in and I press FEATURE 813 is says "no info to log"
FEATURE 811 gives me the outgoing line description.
What programming feature am I doing wrong.
Software version 4.1 NVRAM
Thanks
Phoneloon

No. The other lines are not caller id enabled from the CO.
The second card in the ksu slot is a standard ds type card. would this create a problem.
On the threads that I've been reading there is a problem with displaying when a call comes in, but can be seen by doing the F811. I do not even get that. all I get is the local line description.
The dip switches on the card are all set to "0"
Is there something that has to be done when startup the system. I just swapped out the DS card for the CI card, but did not do any startup programming.
Thanks

Okay I have this Fixed. The MICS uses lines 1 to 4 in the # 4 slot on the KSU
Normally you would think that lines 1 -4 would be in slot 3 but no no they are in slot 4. I changed the CI card to slot 4 and everything was a breeze after that. The hint that i should look for called id on the other lines helped point me the right way.
