call pilot manager

I execute platform initialization in BCM 2.5 and when I try to login in the call pilot manager with the password 0000 I can't, The message error is "the password you have entered is not correct", then I try again with the password 0000 and I check the prompt for new password and show me the same message error "the password you have entered is not correct".

Anybody can help me?

thanks

Did you use a different password prior to the reboot?

I had this happen to me once. It took several tries and reboots to get it corrected. I first did F985 to verify the Call Pilot DN, then pressed 9 to reset the Call Pilot password. Still no access. Did a reboot and still no good. But after the third time of doing this, it finally gave me access
