night service ringing on bcm 4.0

I have a new bcm 4.0 with night service that when turned on sends all calls to the AA. I have one extension that they want to ring on the external bells when the dial the extension when in night service. I can't seem to find anyplace where you can set a set to have an aux ringer in night service? am i just missing something or can it not be done anymore?>

I believe this will be handled under ring groups under dialing plan. Under the line settings tab there you can have a line go to aux. ringer.

I think I my know what you are trying to do... If some one calls the extension (DN) from an internal set or dials the DN directly from the auto attendant you want the aux ringer to work, But you only want the Aux Ringer to work when night service is on.

As far as I know this can not be done in the system programming...But I have done it in two different ways. First was a reception phone that the customer wanted to ring to the Aux ringer when Durring lunch and Breaks when there was no one at the reception desk. For this we installed a switch on the wall (Just a black Decroa Switch) that opened or closed a circuit to the aux ringer and we turned on the aux ringer on the set. Every time they left the desk they would turn on the switch or off.

Second was very similar to the first but they wanted some sort of automation. For this we installed a automatic Digital timer as the switch and programed the times that we wanted it on or off.
