married in heaven

Have a spare NAM 4.0 from closed site and trying to acces voicemail from set. It comes up with LOG: then asks for mailbox and password, I tried a mailbox number and the default passwords for installer and system co-ordinator but no luck. Does any know the default password for NAM and mailbox or where I can find documentation that pertains to that. Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you installing it from scratch or do you want to keep what's on it?

You may be running into the issue of extension length.
The choices are 12, 102, 1002, 10002, etc.
Try the 3 and 4 digit, could be why.

As an alternative look in the install guide for re-install instructions, which will default it back to factory settings.

I prefer to take it back to defaults. Do you know where I could find a Installer guide? Thx
