Talking Call Reporting

I have been asked if it is possible to pull call reports off of the BCM, we have a BCM 400 Version 3.7. I would like to see the number of calls Dropped, Answered, and Forwarded to Voicemail.

You can get real time raw data using the CDR client, but to make the data usable, print reports, etc, you need to purchase a 3rd party Call Accounting software package. RSI is a company we have used before.

Would you be able to tell me where I would find the raw data? Is there anything that would need to be configured before the BCM captures the raw data or is it a default setting on the system?

The BCM stores and buffers roughly 100mb worth of CDR Data (by default) onto the harddrive, this can this be fetched (Pulled) by the CDR client, or Pushed from the BCM onto a FTP site

I have installed the CDR tool and I get the attached error when I try to run it, is there an option that I have to turn on somewhere in the BCM to allow this type of connection? How hard is the FTP method?
