Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Flash voice mail delay Hello All - I have a client with Flash VM 2.0 on a CICS. They just reported the top attorney has recently experience delay in getting his VM indication. The example is he received a voice mail at 12:30 and his light did not light up until around 5:30. Is this a common problem? Does anyone know the reason? Most importantly does anyone know how to fix it? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | It is not a common problem although it has been known to happen on occasion. First, reboot the flash, and if it continues to happen delete the mailbox and rebuild it. There was a bulletin on this years ago, but I can't seem to find it. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me! | ||||||||
