Unhappy Norstar Compact Plus Installation Manual Required
Can anyone tell me where I can obtained an Installation Manual for a Norstar Compact Plus telephone system. I obtained the system several years ago and have only just got round to putting it in. I have the Programming Record, the System Administrators Guide, and various cards but do not appear to have anything that tells me how to install it. If you need more specific details about the model please tell me what info you need.

I assume this is a Nortel plus Compact ICS? I am wondering what the software version of the ICS is. Something like CICS 5.0?

Can you tell me where I can find that information. I can't see anything in the manuals and cards I have. Would it be on the equipment itself?

Yes, you should be able to find that on the PC card (or software cartridge) that plugs into the front.

Hi bhouse
I've got the software cartridge. On the bar code strip it says Compact + S/W Rel.3 IC 103044. Does that help?

Is there a part number on both the software AND the KSU (it'll start with NT....)?
