Menu Call pilot transfering a call

Hi,
I have a bcm50.
I have configured a hunt group of 4 telephones to answer incoming calls.

With call pilot, I created a transfer node from any calls to a hunt group. The incoming calls hear the company greating and are tranfered to the hunt group. It works properly.

I want the incoming callers to dial my extension if they know it.

If the call pilot menu is a transfer node, the dial extension don't work during the company greating.

If the call pilot menu is a home node menu, the dial extension works, but to be atended by the operator you need to press 1 (for example).

I want my incoming callers to be able to dial the extension, but if they don't know it, I want them to be redirected to my operator without pressing any key.

Could you help me?

Thanks a lot!

Could you be a little more specific about the "have to dial 1 to get to the operator?". As far as I know, all Call Pilots will be directed to the Attendant position, on the Greeting Table gui page or under the Greeting Table via telset programming, when the caller presses "0" or it times out. This is a default (no programming needed) function. Are you saying that sometime, after a caller has been answered by the call pilot, that 0 does not work?
Maybe there are some regional differences on the call pilot.

What does happen if you don't press anything with it set up as a Menu Path?

Thanks
