I think it would be in relation to a PRI not a BRI. Anyway I am working on a similar issue. I get alarm 75 then five minutes later I get Evt:372-00 s5 meaning that the long term threshold has been exceeded. This re-sets the DTI card and drops all calls on the PRI.

I have heard that there are issues with certain software versions of the MICS. One of the guys on Techtips.com said that if it is 6.0 with a PRI replace it. In working with AT&T the Tier 3 tech told me the same thing. After upgrading the software I am still recieving the Alarm 75 and Evt:372, but it has slowed and all the AT&T commwatch is catching now is clock slips.

Not sure if any of that is relavent but there you go, as an example!
