Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Bcm400 I have a BCM400 running 4.0. It has a PRI into it, and each user has a target line (set to ring) with 2 appearances. The question I have is there anyway to get the second appearance not to ring on an incoming call. Example: Extension 2121 is on a call, a new call comes in for him he wants to visually see the target line ringing but not hear it. I've had this brought up in the past(norstar days) but could never get it to stop...thanks for any help

Location: Arkansas Rep Power: 5 ![]() | You will have to delete one of the apperances for the target line. The system is doing what it's supposed to do, ie, if you have another path for the call to ring in on it's going to ring in. Why would you want 2 apperances of the target line if they can only answer 1? __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!
