Lost on IPview / Call Center Reporting for Call Pilot 100 System: MICS w/ Call Pilot 100 Options: Basic Call Center, Call Center Reporting Hello, I have been trying to setup Call Center Reporting and ipView but I'm feeling lost in misinformation and overwhelming PDFs. My authorized reseller seems to be steering me in the wrong direction and it doesn't seem that Nortel wants to speak to me. I have just recently added Call Center Reporting option to my Call Pilot 100. I'd like to get ipView running on my computer and begin using Call Center Reporting. My authorized reseller has no idea how to do this, I have just recently found out that I need a CD (Call Pilot 100/150 Rls 3.1 Documentation and Client Software). Took me a while to find a copy but I do have it now. I've located the ipView client on the CD but I can't find anywhere to input the IP of the Call Pilot. Any direction or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Scott |
