BCM 400 UPS setup
I am trying to connect my BCM 400 to my TrippLite Smart2200RMXL2U UPS. Whenever I connect the serial cable from the console port on the BCM to the serial port on the UPS and go to Telephony Services, UPS, and change it from Consol to UPS i get a no data connection detected error message. What is the pinout of the serial cable? Am I doing something wrong?

The BCM has APCs powerchute software. I don't believe that is compatible with TrippLite. I believe taht you must use an APC UPS.
