Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Previous problem fixed ... no line pool problems I seem to have figured out how to have a call from pots line dropped into voicemail after a set of digital sets ring for some specified time. I did that by removing the sets from "Assigned DN's" tab under each pots line. When I did that, the malfunctioning hunt group I had setup started working correctly. Now that I removed the extensions from the "Assigned DN's" tab, the digital phones no longer have access to the lines as they did before. I thought a "line pool" was the answer but I can't seem to make that work correctly. Some one please help. I just need a little guidence and I'll be golden

Location: Palm Beach aka Palmerston, Ontario Rep Power: 0 ![]() | If your physical lines belong to a pool, then check the routing code to the pool. You also have to make sure the set DN has the line pool added as a line assignment. It should already default to pool A.
