Rep Power: 0  Country:  | New Guy needs help with DISA I am trying to setup my Norstar Compact ICS to allow me to forward a specific line (line 1/ 221) to an outside number using qwests call forawrding code *72. I have gotten as far as seting up a dedicated line (line 3/ 224) to auto answer and give me a dial tone. Here is what happens: I dial the number from my cell, it rings twice then goes to dial tone. I enter my password (6 digits) then I still get dial tone. I then attempt to dial a number to call and I all I get is a busy tone from the system. What am I doing wrong. I know this is either a settings issue or a user issue. Which one is it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||

If you go to system programming, and look at remote access packages, do you have it set for the correct line pool access, and is line 3 set to allow remote access?
