Rep Power: 0 ![]() | We recently had a power outage that also drained out UPS. When the BCM400 started back up we noticed that there was no dial tone when we press 9 but we can still dial out. All functions work including AutoAttendant, Unified messaging, desktop faxing, IP phones. We did notice that sometimes when we press 9 to dialout it takes around 30sec and other times it goes right away. | ||||||||
