Rep Power: 0 ![]() | line pool C How about some help guys. Here is the set up. I have a customer with a MICS using line pool A (access code 9) and pool B (access code eight). They are adding 6 more lines and want to use pool C. I tried to use access code 7 for pool C but could not enter any digits. My question is can you set up a third pool? If you can what digits can you use and is there some system programming involved. Thanks for your attention.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | The reason you can't use "7" is it is the pilot number for the hunt groups. My question is why do they need 3 line groups. However, I would change the access code for line pools to none, then create routes for each line pool, route 000 being the default for pool A, then create 2 digit destination codes for the routes. Or use destination codes of say 9, 8, and 5 or 6. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!
