Location: Meechigan Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Do you mean reprogram the DND buttons, or to deny access to that feature completely? Buttons can be reprogrammed via Feature *3, I am unaware of any way to completely deny access to a feature, when the user knows the feature code. Time for social engineering, tell them not to do it!

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | It was to actually disable the feature. I have found a way from Nortel which was to: set lock for the telephone to Full (Configuration > Telephony > Sets > All DNs > Restrictions tab > Set Lock drop-down list). Wondered if anyone knew what else this locked down? Thanks for responding.
