BCM400 4.0 Historical Reports problems

Hi,

I have a BCM400 r4.0 system, with all the patches applied, and I have an issue with the historical reporting on an intelligent contact center. When I install the reporting server, everything is fine, I have access to the historical reports screen. But after the syncronisation begins, I get an error message on that link:

The page cannot be displayed

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services

Technical Information (for support personnel)
  • Error Type:
    Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A000D)
    Type mismatch: '[string: "26.04.2007 15:02:31"]'
    /rcc/report_pages/report_index.asp, line 41
  • Browser Type:
    Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)
  • Page:
    GET /rcc/report_pages/report_index.asp
  • Time:
    Thursday, April 26, 2007, 3:07:25 PM
  • More information:
I assumed there is something wrong with the database, or some recordings, and I wanted to select another date to begin the data pull-out. But when I click the calendar icon, I get an error on IE. The same link works fine in other screens, but not there.

I have read all the documentation dozens of times, I have all the security settings on low, or "permit" or whatever in IE, I don't have any antivirus or firewall software installed, and I'm running out of ideas.

Any help would be welcomed.
Thanks,
Radu.
