BCM400 4.0 intialization

Hi all
I have a BCM400 4.0 system including expansion module with 6 slots.
System is bought for 3 GATM8s, 5 GASM8s, 12 Iphone seats, ICC with 1 skillset,10 agents.
HOW TO SET DIPSWITCHS FOR MBMs?Please show detail for this case
HOW TO ACTIVATE MBM in Element Manager?

Log into the HTML page and download the documentation.
The installation guide has tables showing how to set you MBM's.
If you are not certified to install this product, I would suggest hiring somebody that is.

I aggree totally with SD. I have done some BCM stuff and it still takes me a while to get the damn dip switches right.

yup be very very carefull with the dipswitches, there is a whole guide on installing them correctly, if they wrong, they wont work. Each different type of MBM has different dip switch settings, so there is no "universal" settings.
