Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi, i am trying to get realtime calling data from BCM (preferably) or Reporting Call Center (RCC). Situation: My customer has an computer with RCC connecting to BCM/voicemail-cgi-bin/CCRSNDP.exe . Data taken are redistributed to other computers port 3500. Problem: I cannot find any documentation on commands sent to BCM, neither on data sent from RCC. Is there any? Or is there any other way how to collect realtime data?
