Cool Hunt group problem?

Hello all,

I am trying to setup a hunt group. A customer give out an support extension (401) to all his clients. Clients calls from PRI and type 401 DN. It work fine for a while. Until now, the company expands, and he hires two more supports, he want them to work in a hunt group. So I set up the hunt group, but if clients use 401 DN, it will alway call the same person. The hunt group DN start with 625. And he does not want to change the support extension (401). The company already have greeting table and CCR tree and he does not want to do line access in hunt group because calls come from PRI.

Solution 1:
forward on busy, A(401) to B(402), B(402) to C(403)
It works but customer cannot see the report on hunt group, and call always goto A.

Solution 2:
put 401, 402 and 403 in hunt group 625, and forward 401 to 625, it does not work. it loops.

Solution 3:
switch 401 to 404, put 402,403 and 404 on hunt group 625, and forward 401 to 625??

I try to play around with CCR tree, still no luck. Thanks.

Set the hunt group to broadcast and it will ring all the phones at the same time. First one to pick it up gets the call.
