Red face BCM 200 outgoing CLID problem

Hi guys, just had our BCM 200 system installed and I am trying to program it. I have no experience in programming any sort of phone system so please bear with me.

A quick bit of background info I thought might be handy (let me know if you need more info to help!):
- As stated, we have a BCM200 system.
- ISDN so we all get direct lines.
- Callpilot for voicemail
- I'm using Element Manager to program everything.
- ???

I am having a problem where anytime anyone calls out, the wrong CLID gets sent out.

More info that seems relevent at this point:
- Our DNs start at 500
- Originally, 500 was used as the main line going to the receptionist. This was changed so that the boss (DN 504) could have the 500 number. So, the receptionist got 504, and the main number was made 555 and assigned to the Set at 504 as it was a 'nicer' number.
- On all Active Sets, under Line Access > Properties, I have made the Public and Private OLI's 555. At one stage, this worked, and all outgoing calls showed up as 555 EXCEPT calls made from reception, which showed 500.
- In trying to fix this, I have inadvertantly broken the functionality somehow and now ALL outgoing calls show up as 500.

Can anyone help me? I've been staring at Element Manager and reading all the manuals for the past 2 days straight and can't figure out what happened.

Public OLI should be the only thing you need to set, as long as the carrier is allowing you to set outgoing CLID. Just make sure you are entering a 10 digit number for public OLI. Private OLI can be anything you want.
