BMC 400 Hunt Groups Misbehaving

Hi there,

We have 3 hunt groups setup with 4 members in each (so that calls can be roatated) e.g.:
Hunt group one - M1, M2, M3, M4
Hunt group two - M2, M3, M4, M1
Hunt group 3 - M3, M4, M1, M2

However, now and then when a hunt group is selected it would phone the 4th person insted of the first. When i cancled the group and reactivated it it would ring the 2nd person and not the first.

Obviously it should be ringing 1st person in the line first.

Non of the phones are in use or switched off.

I have to keep deleting the group and setting it back up.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for helping.

Why would you not just set up 1 hunt group, set to rotate through the members? It is an option when you set up the hunt group.

I think that defeats the object really.
The idea behind setting up these hunt groups is so that each of us has a period of time during the day where we do not have to answer the phones, so that we can concentrate on other work.

Regards,

Dave.
